Bad customer service

I'm not happy with Clicks. On the 13th of August i purchased medication from Guagga center Pretoria West. My money on the account went through but the cashier did not receive a receipt, she called the supervisor and i was told capitec will reverse it back to me. Sunday 14/08 i called the bank, the money was reversed. On the 17th/08 Clicks deducted the money again. I went to the shop, they called the manager who was rude to me, he shouted at me infront of customers. He judged me before i even explained my story. He told me I should go to my bank because I'm not banking with Clicks.I went to Capitec where i was told to pay R80 for an investigation. I then requested a statement that shows the transaction and i took it to Clicks, the manager told me it was unnecessary to get a statement. I stood at the shop for 2 hours waiting for them to investigate. I later left the shop without the goods nor my money back. He then told me i will be contacted after 2 days. Until this day i haven't heard from them.
