Bad customer service

<p>The lady in the cosmetic side at Clicks at Golden Acre gave me such an attitude when I asked her for help to choose a hairbrush that's suitable for my weave. The 2nd time last week I was in the make-up aisle and I asked (not sure if it's the same lady but same uniform) to help me choose a foundation that goes with my skin colour and she told me caramel would be best even though I told her it's too dark for my skin she still insisted so I took it and when I tried it on it really made me 5 shades darker so I had to give it away. Lastly when I got to the cashier my Clicks Clubcard wouldn't work because it's almost a decade old so I told that lady it's fine because I've been waiting for a replacement card for over a month now, they said they would send it within 3-4 weeks when I'd requested it online.</p>
