Bad customer service

To whom it may concern

I went to the branch in kraaifontein which is very close to where I stay. The closing time 19.00 and I got ther 18.35 ring the bell and the lady behind the counter is just ignoring me. That very unprofessional. Then I rang the bell a couple of times and then by the last rang she shouted that they are close. My word felt like something out of a horror movie. All I wanted was to get my pain tablets cause in the morning is very busy and I don't really like there customer service cause some get treated special and other not. It's unprofessional to state a closing time and the employee things that she can make her own closing time. Thats unacceptable. I would like you to have a word with your employees that closing time is 19.00 and not what they decide. I'm very upset and in a lot of pain. Hope to hear from you wrt my complaint
