Bad Customer Service 0%

I just came from Clicks at Blue downs Corner, the lady who was “assisting me” who seem not even interested with assisting me made me feel less of a human, went there because I was sent by Momentum to collect my medication. The lady just looked at the prescription and said we do not have this… not even advising me on what to do next because Momentum asks before referring you to collect to which pharmacy at which area, only when I asked she said “ I don’t know, you can go ask at Shoprite”

I went to MediRite at Blue Downs Corner and I was assisted by a Pharmacist who is very professional and willing to help me with dignity.

Can Clicks look into this matter.
