Bad customer experience from the manager

Yesterday Morning 06/02/2024 at 09:53, I was at Clicks stores at the branch in Eastgate mall. I am making a payment with no problem when the manager by the name Anita approached the till point I was being helped at didn't greet, didn't even ask if I mind they do price checks for another customer while they have already started with my purchase. At that moment I kept quiet and then when I noticed the clock is ticking I asked the cashier Sharon, if I can go because I am also in a rush to work and why I am not asked if they can quickly assist another customer during my time...her manager Anita gave me a very unpleasant cold look and continued with her business as if I wasn't even there. I then complained and shared with the cashier Sharon that what just happened was rude and unprofessional. I mean I am a customer to and it's well within my rights to at least be notified. I work with customers and clients to and believe you me customer experience counts a lot within any kind of retail industry. I started to ask myself if I as a customer am treated like that how does she even treat her fellow staff??
