Bad customer experience

I was on one of your stores jabulani mall I have never had an unpleasant service in my life. I was there to exchange a steam iron that I was not happy with because. Apparently they had to go check it in the canteen if its working no problem I was fine with that, then the trainee guy came back to tell Keitumetse the customer service lady that the iron is working, on that spot I asked the guy did he check if the steam is coming out when ironing and he said no, So I had to go with him in the canteen to see for my self and he saw that the iron steam thing was not working, while we are still there the other lady that was on lunch eating told the trainee to go fetch some lady to assist, OK I waited for her she came and as she was checking the iron she was constantly pressing the top button on the iron for the steam to come off. Then I told her this is a steam iron automatically when you poor water the steam should come off. Fine she then told the trainee that the iron is working fine but the customer is not happy. I don't think I should pay for something that I am not happy with. So we went to the front at a customer service counter. Then Keitumetse decided to call her manager to come assist her she 15 minutes or so then she came back with the stupid manager called Dudu, She came with a stinking attitude and told me that I must use warm water for the iron to work, being the for more than an hour I was fed up and wanted to leave the store and I told her that I was not happy with the iron and I need another one but instead she was defensive and arguing with me, At some point she decided to help me. Then Keitumetse asked if are they doing an exchange or what, she rep**** no refund her. OK it is fine with me since she doesn't want my money I will go shop at game cause their service is great. And she asked for the card that was used for the purchase well I gave her the card and she looked confused. And she asked Keitumetse to return the money to the card I constantly explained that the card doesn't take refunds is it more like a gift card and you can't refund on a debit master card but because she has a big head with her dirty bra that I Could see through her small shirt she went on with the transaction. I want this matter resolve as soon as possible since I was in that store for more than 2hour but still I don't have an iron or my money. Contact no: ********** 963 Regards Tshidi
