Bad Customer Experience

So I went to Clicks in Galleria to purchase a photo album, found a album that I was interested but the packaging didn't have any information stating what size photos the album will accommodate. I asked one of the staff who couldn't assist me either and referred me to a store manager called Felicia. I asked Felicia seeing that the album doesn't state what size photos it can take cant she open the packaging so that we can check. She refused to do this stating the bar code is on the packaging and she wont be able to repackage it. So how am I supposed to know what size of photos the album accommodates? I asked her if she can assist me YES or NO, and she didn't want to answer the question. As a manager she could have picked up the phone and tried calling other stores to find out if they know OR scan the item onto their system and check if the system gives any further details, but no she just didn't want to help. Totally un-happy with the service at this store and really bad customer experience. Learn how to mark your items properly !!!
