Bad customer experience

The customer service at Clicks Evaton Mall is horrible. I was the last customer in the store and heard someone shouting "Where is this client? We need to knock off" I was already making my way to the till point, got there and was told by Duduzile Ndaba that I'm annoying and that she HATES customers that come to the store late. The time was 18:06, the store closed at 18:00. I was totally shocked and thought she was joking until she signed and walked off. At the time I only had one item which was levies for meds, was in pain and didn't deserve the treatment I got. Not only was she rude but she lacks professionalism, *********** and has a stinking attitude. Shame on you Clicks Evaton for exposing us to such horrors!
