Bad customer care and attitude to customers

Public of SA Clicks Pharmacy supporters, take note, they do not deliver what they advertise. Don't be fooled. There are many other service providers that have the client first and the 1st and only priority, the reason they go to work. And if you dare to complain and had many many, issues of which, the Area manager checked and agreed the Branch did not deliver what is on the profile clearly stated, and then they give you a polite call and tell you, they will deliver your meds and script, "find another service provider" Every business needs to make a target, and they will IF they get their house and system in order and don't blame the customer instead of apologising for Not delivering on time as promised Correct meds because they should actually contact you 4 to 5 days before to check. Confirm they made changes and copied info that was on your card when issuing a new card AND NOT FORGET TO GIVE YOU YOUR NEW CARD BACK! Clicks should do the right thing and assist you when 8 customers wait in line while ONLY 1 assistant serve behind the counter, while 5 others-who in the past served the public-but now find it more important to put new stock in drawers and ignore the line piling up. This case a lady (not very literate) was standing at the counter busy completing some application. When we, the customers approached the manager after waiting 10+minutes, can the lady please sit on a chair to complete whatever she was busy with-and get ONE PERSON behind another of the 5 cubicles to serve us OR .....open another cubicle, call one of the 5 having jokes and conversations to serve the line of customers piling up-his reply 'YOU CAN WAIT YOUR TURN"!!! New SA and .....

There are many other options of Pharmacies to support. Who respect the client as the 1st and only priority when going to work. Support them. Who have a reasonable system (not chasing only a target) who deliver what they promise and who apologise when they should. I can understand why CLICKS are not on hellopeter.com, they should then have to employ a person to manage and reply to claims and believe me this would be a 24/7 full time job. When you mention Clicks pharmacy service in a conversation, it is shocking the nightmares you hear.
