Bad cunsumer service i got

Good day

I went to clicks at Alberton Verwoerd park that was on the 15/07/20 to collect my little daughter's medication for Chronic ,Only to find out the is few tablet left in the box which was 4 tablet left I went to the pharmacy to get other medication ,which I was advised that I can only get the medication earliest from the 11 as I was given 30 tablets on that day ,and the lady who assisted me it was Rabiya Lorgat and she didn't count how many tablet that was in the box infgront of me as the box was closed and I was sealed so that I can go and make payment ,now she and her manager advise me to pay the 2 missing tablet from my own pocket and I am not happy about that ,that happen after I waited for more that 30 minutes as I was advised the lady who have to give me feedback she was still praying (Rabiya Lorgat) ,I would like someone to investigate this matter ASAP

I have been collecting the medication from them almost 2 years
