Bad clinic and nurse at Clicks The Glen

I made a clinic booking at The Glen shopping center for friday 14/05/2021 . When I got there I waited for the nurse by the door , 15 minutes go by nothing , I knock on the door nothing. The manager has no idea where the nurse is and assumes she left. They tell us to make appointments then they are so *********** to keep to it. What a waste of my time. It's so difficult to find time after work but when you do this happens.This is such pathetic service, no one is managing their staff, how does the manager not know where his nurse is. SR Susan, you should be fired.
