Bad client service / Insinuating client is a ****

I purchased items at clicks and afterwards I checked my slip and realized that I was overcharged. I went back, asked a cashier about my total because I explained what I saw on the shelf. We both went back to go and check the price and the cashier saw that the discount card was placed by the wrong items. She then said that we should go and see the manager.

We got there, and the manager asked his cashier not only once but twice how sure is she that the discount card was at the wrong place. This, already was unacceptable as he interrogated his staff members in front of me. What was also upsetting is that he was actually insinuating that I am a **** by asking that.

I've been a loyal customer at Clicks since forever and I've never experienced such bad service from any of the stores I've visited. This was unacceptable to say the least.
