Bad client service from CLICKS

I bought an item online. The add say " buy 1 get 1 free" So I paid the R210.00. When I received only one item I called and sent an e-mail to complain and ask why I did not get the second item. Clicks say you did not select the second free item on checkout and you lost the free item ! I will NOT get the second item. I told them it clearly said "buy 1 get 1 free" and Clicks said sorry for the "inconvenience" you where warned on checkout that you did not select the 2nd item. On one of the pages when you buy online it says "select one and get the second item for free" Click will not help me to the "free item". I lost it ! ! This is totally not acceptable and very bad client serves! ! BEWARE on what you click @ Clicks because they will NOT help you if make a fault !!
