Bad client service

I went to clicks Mall at Carnival to make an exchange/return, on arrival I spoke to the Security gaurd who directed me to the customer serve, on arraival i spoke to the manager ( light skined with short hair), who then directed me to the normal queue. Infront of me was a black lady and being assisted was another lady, there was only 1 cashier the other was busy with other things. I waited on the queue for more then 7 minutes to be assisted . As I was being assisted a white gentleman come to join the queue, with only 30 secounds in the queue , the lady then called the other cashier to assist. The question thereof is why do i need to wait 7minutes in a queue with 1 cashier and a white person only 30 secounds and another cashier is called. Are we not buying with the same currency?? And is our time not of the same importance??? I would like the store manager to please call and explain.
