Bad client service

On Saturday 16\09\2023 we went to our local clicks and after our purchase enquired about any avaliable cash back on our club card, the lady showed me on my slip, we have 1752 points which we can spend from the 24\09\2023. Today 25\09\2023 we went and again to purchase a few products and got told our cash back is on -645 points.

What really disappointed me was the fact that not a single clicks employee did any effort to establish why this could happen, I had to go to both clicks stores in our town and both just said they have no idea, and thats that.

Eventually I had to phone the helpline and got told there was an issue with the last cash back where too much cash back was paid out.

Seems like all the money I spent means nothing as soon as there is a slight inconvenience.
