Bad bad service

Wanted to buy a speaker at Eastgate clicks who advertised a sale price , only to find out it’s only can be purchased online , but nowhere do they mention it ,waisted my time petrol , absolutely no clue how to treat a customer, took my money elsewhere gave them the business
