Bad bad service

This is a company that has contracts with medical aids to dispense and deliver chronic medicines. Every month there is a problem with the delivery if its not eith the people anwering the telephones its the fact that they inform you with false information and because its a call in centre every time its someone different and then you are informed that no one by that name has spoken to you. My word the person telphoned me back how is it not on their system the system allows the telemarker to put a message on that client telephoned or was telephoned. It is some of the poorest service that we have received in the past three years.
