Bad Bad Bad customer service

On Saturday I visited the Clicks pharmacy in Quagga this was just before closing of business. The pharmacy had only one line which everyone with a prescription or not where standing on. I then went to the same line. It was my turn and as I go to the front one of the ladies who where working she had to go so meaning I had to go back and stand in the line. A customer came and stand on the other side of self medication, Sela the pharmacist was rude to chase and be unapologetic about the situation as she wanted to assist the guy who was there after me. She even changed the tills and went to a different till to assist someone who was there after me. Even the Manager of the pharmacy did not say anything. I Had to go to him and complained with no joy or proper assistance from him I left the store unhappy due to the level of treatment I got from the staff. In most cases when you visit Clicks pharmacy the pharmacist assist the person who was there 1st especially if the store is about to close. What a bad customer service received at Clicks pharmacy in Quagga Centre.
