Bad attitude towards clients

I fell and hurt my knee so my mother called about pain medication so that when i get there it would be ready for pick up. They said it would only be ready 5 o clock but I can come and wait in the queue if I want it directly. So I went there to wait in the queue and when the guy helped me, the lady who my mother spoke to came and gave me lecture with an bad attitude because she said five o clock. I will not tolerate bad attitude if she told me im aloud to go and wait in the queue!
