Bad Attitude & Service from Danesh Rama clicks chilli line pharmacy

Danesh Rama from clicks pharmacy chill lane has an extremely BAD attitude. I went into purchase medication, while getting my meds he stops to have a long conversation with a colleague about directions to the head office. Eventually one of the other pharmacists had to tell him that he has a client waiting. When I confronted him about why did he stop to talk so long to a colleague knowing that I am waiting at the counter for my meds, he responds by telling me I should speak properly to him ! After me telling him he has a big mouth he responds with YES, he has a big mouth. This kind of attitude from a clicks staff member is pathetic, he should not be dealing with customers. I rather go support another pharmacy if this is the kind of staff clicks hire. I expect an apology and management should send him for customer service training or hire more competent and customer orientated pharmacists. I await your urgent response!
