bad attitude /lack of customer service skills

Bad attitude i received this morning from your new trainee, a young girl who likes like she just completed matric.<br> she didnt even ask us for the clicks clubcard. so i lost points today because she did not do her job .<br> <br> I am highly disappointed that it seems Clicks do not respond to complaints on Hellopeter as well.
