bad attitude from the manager

Hi i was not treated well at springs mall clicks...the cashier named Lerato forgot to scan one of my items and when i got to the security guys at the door he did not see the item i had inside the plastic..the manager named sechaba was standing beside the door with the security...then he took the item that was not scaned to the cashier..and the cashier said he did not see the item maybe i had the item on my hand..and the item was on the till not in my hand#they wer whispering as if i stole the item that was not scanned...looking at me like i am a ********...when i approched the manager he rolled his eyes on me as if the treatment he is giving me is ohk..for God sake i spend my money there and they wer not making me feel like a customer...i will never ever buy at springs mall clicks...i am even thinking of taking back all the items and go buy somewhere else....
