BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF MEMBER NONHLANHLA MBELE

Had a very insulting experience at Clicks Musgrave by their employee Nonhlanhla Mbele. We were returning a Portia M lotion which was defective only for this employee to keep insinuating that we kept it under hot conditions or we kept it in the boot, we were patient as she called her colleague to test whether the product is as we said it is. While we were waiting she kept alluding to her having a problem with us returning the product and that kept emphasizing that it was bought at a different store.

After her colleague confirmed that it was indeed defective, she then tells us we should return it to the Clicks store where we bought it because the Musgrave store cannot account for how the Bluff stored their product. We refused. She then says they can only take it back if was it was sealed and unopen.

She then says people put other people's livelihoods at risk by returning TVs which they themselves damaged. We took this as meaning we had messed with the lotion and returning it.

We spent ten minutes debating with her on whether she will give us an exchange or not, despite many assertions from us that we want a refund.
