Bad attitude from Clicks Mangement

We purchased 3 oral B toothbrushes that were supposed to be buy 3 get the cheapest 1 free. However, it did not reflect that on the final receipt. It took our cashier (Pamela Shigwane) 10 minutes to go and check the price. And eventually when the management on duty (Tebogo Mogotlane) appeared, she did not even bother greeting us or apologize. It took her almost THIRTY MINUTES to authorize and clear the price of one of the toothbrushes. Then she STILL didn't apologize or say anything to us and left. All the while she was talking to Pamela in their native language. This type of behavior from a MANAGER is unacceptable and utterly disgraceful. I will not shop at the clicks at Cresta again.
