bad attitude coupled with bad service

On Monday the 22 Feb. 2016, I went to the pharmacy in question to get the prescribed medication from the pharmacy in question. I was attended to by a pharmacy assistant by the name of Tshegofatso who told me that the medication was out of stock but they will receive it the following day. She adviced that I should come the following day at 1200. I went on Thursday 25, I was helped by another assistant who didn't have a nametag on. he told me that the medication was out of stock and did not discuss other options with me. I got frustrated and told him that I was told the medication will be delivered on Tuesday and I don't understand why the medication is not there. in a very lax manner he said there is nothing on the shelves. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and he told me the pharmacist is out. I asked for the full names of the pharmacist and the assistant pharmacist who helped me on Monday, he was very reluctant to give the names when I told him I am laying a complaint. he claimed he does not have a pen. one of the assistant pharmacist(Mavis Chauke) overheard the commotion and came over to assist- to my surprise she came with the medication. The pharmacist's name is Mr. Namane
