Bad attitude by some staff

It appears their staff training is a waste of money. I was going to purchase an electric toothbrush and beforehand checked for brushes replacement. They are misplaced on the racks, so I asked the site lady to check for me which is the correct type. She didn't know and asked another lady from the office. I pointed out to her that it is all mixed up. She told me they don't have it, did not know which is the correct type and promptly walked away. Charming!
