Bad attitude. Bad service

I wrote down two items of medicine I needed and sent a friend to collect. Firstly I had the name wrong and secondly they sent what they assumed I wanted and then when I called them to advise them they said they didn't change medicines and that I got the name wrong but they gave me the medicine I did not ask for and assumed I wanted. The attitude of a Refileo and a Cindy who said she was the manager but definitely was not. Their serve and attitude sucks. This needs to be addressed. This is not the first time either.
