Bad Attitude and refusal to assist me

<p>On 2017-01-09 at 16:17 I was at a que at clicks pharmacy self med counter at mabopane and I encountered a very bad service from a pharmacist with a surname sethole. She was rude to me and even shouted at me when I asked her to assist me she said she never called me and she wanted to assist a guy that gave her an ID book with her.I never knew that at a self med counter one has to book with an ID in order to be assisted. I told her that Ive been waiting for her assistance because she told me I must wait she is coming back.when I told her that Ive been waiting she rudely told me that her counter is not a ****A SHOP where I just go and buy things without been called. I feel that she was disrespectful to me and I deserve an apology from her. She is very very rude.She is bringing down the image of Click Mabopane pharmacy with her attitude</p>
