Bad attitude and not getting helped.

Im Simangele Zondo. On Saturday the 28 of March 2015 at 12h47 I was at clicks Newcastle Mall Pharmacy and I was so hurt and the pharmacist have a bad attitude. I was there to fetch my son asthma spray. I tried to explain to the pharmacist that I have a prescription from the doctor that I left on Monday because the spry must be order and I ask her to check for me. she just took a spry and I ask if she is giving me the right spry because spry are different and her attitude was really bad she told me that she have been to University for 4years she knows her job, I mustn't tell her how to do her job but I was only trying to explain to her that this spry was order and its different because my son also swims at school. She ended up not helping me she just push my clicks card and called the next customer just like that. Her name is Swinko Nzimande she was the locomer for that day. I have to rush my son to hospital. I was so hurt and in pain about her attitude I eve tell the Manager she said the is nothing she can do because she is not under clicks. Thank you.
