Bad attitude and customer service

Good day I would like to lay a formal complaint about service received from Swazi based at Clicks at Park Station. I went there to buy foundation.Myself and the other lady were obviously looking around for someone to help us at the make up section.She stood there the entire time and only responded to us with bad attitude when she heard us talking to each other about lack of people to offer assistance.How we were supposed to know she works there as she wore normal clothes and had no badge on,?She was so rude and I fail to understand why a person should have bad attitude like that when she’s meant to offer customers assistance.May I be contacted on ***
