Bad Attitude

<p>Yesterday on the 02/02/2017 at around 15:45, i went clicks polokwane mall (Middestad) to buy medication. I was almost assisted by certain lady who identified herself as Maphuti Mabitsela since she didnt have a name badge. I asked for lancap at the counter and she asked for my medical aid,my response was i lost my medical aid but i have digital medical aid on handset and my ID card as a supporting document to the information on my medical aid. She said to me i must get some of sort letter from my medical aid that will be sent through my email because someone might come use my medical. I told her there no ways someone because it had to be confirmed with my ID as supporting document. she continued to say if you get involved in an accident whereby you had to sent someone for medication what will you do? i told her i will sent my wife since she is a member and obviously there will be prescription for that med. Since she was becoming rude i asked to leave the conversation and assist with my transaction. While she was busy processing the transaction she said not everyone has wife or husband. I said to her why is she continuing about the conversation after asking her to leave the conversation,she said she feels like saying it. i asked to cancell my transaction because i could stand her rudeness or bad attitude and i told her that i dont like her attitude i will go somewhere else were i will be treated as a customer then left the store. The customer that was infront of me had the same problem (Bad attitude) towards the way of responding to the customers. It was a coloured old man with a child. </p>
