Bad Attitude

Went to this store yesterday and I spent more than an hour in it, I had taken my 2 month old baby boy to the Doctor and I was given a precription. Went to Clicks pharmacy whereby the was a note advising customers that the systems were slow. Stood there for a long time before I could be assidsted I then had to go I and pay the levy for the medication I stood in a long queue again, I joined it by the fridges and there were two gentlemen who were wearing ZCC uniform they greeted the manager and he went away after some few minutes a lady by the name of Alice Matjila instructed the cashier at till number 5 to assist the two gentlemen while there close to 15 people in front of us. When I got to the tills I asked Cashier number 5 why those people jumped the queue and the guy said I must ask Alice who at first looked at me and looked away I then told both of them that I will report the matter to head office. She then said to me I don’t understand I should finish paying then she will explain to me and besides she didn’t see me with the baby. When I had finished paying she had left and I was not prepared to still wait with a sick baby. Please tell me why are certain people given preferential treatment, Should we go there wearing church uniforms, are we suppose to be friends with your staff members not to stand in queues? I do not understand why you would give a person who came to buy diapers preferential treatment over a sick baby. Please view the CCTV footage in your store and give me feedback
