Bad attitude

I have just been at Clicks in Gugulethu Square. The attitude stinks, the service level is bad. Having to stand in a queue with only 2 tills open, getting to the till @ after 15mins to find out the price is not what the lady said it was. Then this Irene was called to confirm as then she ordered the cashier to cancel because its only eyeshadow that qualifies in the special. Like really now?? Where is an apology? I expect the same service i get @ clicks Golden Acre. I ended up leaving those lipsticks because of the stinking attitude i received before she walked away.
