bad attitude

I went to Clicks pharmacy in v&a yesyerday, the person that assisted me called me with his fingers, i went to the counter he didnt say a word, i greeted & asked him what i wanted, he got it & then asked me for my clicks clubcard, he puts it through doesnt ask me how im purchasing cash or medical aid, i then tell him its on medical aid, he then says you know it would make your life easier if you go like hey im paying via medical aid you know he does this action with his hands & he laughs about it, the lady who was standing there she had specs on laughs as well, i was not impressed at all, they clearly thought it was funny what he had done, no respect, no customer service & just a disgusting approach really
