Bad attitude

I would like to cancel my membership card with an immediate effect, I went to one of your shop in Bloemfontein Preller Square an the manager said am no longer welcome there because I chat to one of your staff, I was wondering if it's against your company policies for a customer to chat to one of your staff members when they on duty, I feel the guy has some issues unknown to me. So am I wrong to do that because if you can check I usually do my shopping there. Even when you go online your complaint section does not work
