bad attitude

this is my 3rd time that this person gave me attitude while buying at clicks, now today she refuse for me today because I don't have my clicks card with me she insist that she is saving her job I either take other customers clicks card or she wont allow me to pay with a very bad attitude not even explaining why should I do that when I ask her she then tell me how she is saving her job it is either that or nothing.
