Bad and ********* customer service

I went to clicks in Pretoria central (tramshed) this afternoon wanted to consult so am feeling dizzy I have diarrhea and am nauseous I got there the nurse was on lunch I got there around 14:30 she had a note tat she will b back at 15:00 I sat for a few minutes I wasn't feeling well I went to the pharmacy to get meds I was assisted by some lady I did not get her name I asked her if tey allowed patients to go to the bathroom she did not know I think she is new so I asked her to ask one of her colleagues she did and they said tey allowed us to go so since well the door she directed me to was written staff only I asked if someone could show me the toilet again the lady did not know she asked her colleague ( Kevin )a couple of times if she should accompany me then all of a sudden the guy said no it's staff only I asked politely again that I feel nauseous and I have a running tummy I need the bathroom urgently they repeated again its staff only I asked for the manager some guy name Bheki came and he repeated the same statement I think his incharge of the pharmacy department then I asked some guy to call the store manager I want to lodge a complaint the guy looks for manager when he finds him I could see him explain to the manager what happened the manager didn't even bother talking to me he told the guy to give me customer service number then some woman calls me tells me that its clicks rules they just doing a favor its not the works fault how ethical is this should I vomit on the floor first before am taken serious this is not right and it needs to be dealt with.
