Baaaad and slow service

I stood in a queue for almost 40 minutes just to get a pack of over the counter medication. 😑 That ticket system is failing you. After finally receiving my meds, I was met by very sour face at the till point. The lady was literally dragging her feet to come assist me 😞 I'm not saying run your services like Usain Bolt 😖 maybe consider a little sense of urgency in your stores because wow. I don't want to have to spend my entire lunch break waiting to pick up 1 item and ontop of that still receive bad service.
