Awful service - Clicks Sanridge Midrand

<p>I was at Clicks Sanridge purchasing a few items, the cashier Dennis was so rude and unapologetic about it. He didn't bother to put my items in a plastic bag and when I asked why he told me it was because I had been on my phone. Livid, I take out R2 and ask to purchase a plastic bag he tells me that they don't sell the bags, so I ask him again can I please have one then. He completely ignored me but rather asked his colleague to assist him with change. Another cashier, Brian, assisted to put my items in a plastic bag. I asked to speak to a Manager and a gentlemen named Thomas listened to my grievance, and he apologized but you could see it was an insincere apology. I'm so disturbed when I expierence intentional bad service especially because Clicks's first value is: We are truly passionate about our customers. </p>
