Awful Service Clicks

've just had my third awful experience at your Clicks Al Saints Branch.

I gave them a script for the new chronic Medication I need. I've been told they will order it a few times. I was told Last week that the next 30 tabs will be ready this past week. So I went today to go collect. Only to be told by a young african gentlemen that they don't have the stock and you still have registered with the supplier to get these chronic meds.This is a huge problem from me as Ineed the Minirin Melt 60mcg. This pharmacist went on to tell me it's not his problem if I don't have my chronic meds, that it's not a Clicks problem at all and to just tell my Doctor so they can sort it out. I tried to explain that my Doctor can't do anything and that the supplier requests the pharmacy to order the meds from them. This pharmacist after I explained what will happen to me should I not receive my Chromic meds said still not his problem. Really!!!! This is the service Clicks offers to their clients, to give me and I guess others no peace of mind that sorry about you and what you need. Go somewhere else we don't care!!! I've been using clicks for many many years and this is just awful service. I never expected to be spoken to like that and how unprofessional it is to make clients feel like we shouldn't be there. There is no care from the pharmacists at all. He even went so far as to have a full on conversation with another pharmacist about me in a different language. This is **************!!! I need this please to be sorted out
