Good day. I had the pleasure to have been assisted by a gentleman called Sifiso who works at the Clicks in Silver Mall in Pretoria. I had an issue with my daughter's diaper sizes which are very scarce to find and he made sure he ordered them for us and was constantly calling us to let us know how far the order was. Very few of these kinds of gestures and also employees are there in this type of field. I hope he goes far with his career because compassion goes a long way especially nowadays a lot of retail employees don't take their jobs seriously, they're just there for the money. His one of a kind and a keeper. I would definitely hire him or even promote him. Attitude means a whole lot when it comes to employees. Skills can be trained on the job. Thank you Sfiso for the remarkable job that you did for us. It goes unnoticed. Keep up the great work you're doing.
