I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for 2 of your Staff members. Ellington and Zanele

They both have assisted me on different matters and are quite genuine and helpful. As a frequent customer of clicks seeing the same fami**** faces there help with ensuring that service is always consistent from these 2.

Zanele Dlamini has helped me make some tough decisions on skin care products that I was battling with. her knowledge and insight was fresh and she did not come across as a product pusher or sales driven but rather patient, honest and genuine. She is always so polite and has the most warmest smiles to give one comfort.

Ellington Ntshangase has aided me on many occasion with general products on the floor. he knows exactly where the items are kept and his charming personality always makes one important and respected. you will always find him in between the aisles or at the counter with his fresh *****y attitude and you are bound to know that if there is an opportunity that you are missing out on (3for2 etc ) he will bring it to your attention.

Thanks for having 2 gems in your branch who always is a delight to work with. I have the option of going to the store across in the mall, however i would only go there if there is no stock in the branch .the great team that works in this branch has given me the impression that this is the store for me...
