Awesome Managerial S****s

<p>Just want to give a VERY big thank you to Samual (Spell check), manager at Clicks Bredarsdorp. This guy truly went the extra mile. I wanted to purchase a product they had on sale (one of those buy 3 and get the cheapest one free), but they were out of stock. He took down my details and said he would phone around all the other stores to find out if any of them have stock. At this stage I already doubted and thought "ya right, the weather will call you back" story that so many stores use these days. Low and behold, couple days later, I get a call from Samual, informing me he phoned around and non of the stores have stock of said item. At this time, I had already actually forgotten about the whole thing but I was impressed with the service and thanked him and didn't bother with it any further. Another two weeks pass(about a week after the sale ended), I get yet another call from Samual, informing me they received stock of the item. He informed me he would give it to me with the special price. This completely blew my mind. This guy is obviously very high on customer service. Thanks Samual. I do appreciate your awesome service.</p>
