<p>Good Day (To the owner/s and Stake and Shareholders of CLICKS store in Phoenix Plaza). Festive and seasons greetings to you all. I hope and trust that you are keeping well. I would love to take this opportunity to compliment one (1) of your staff members who is and goes by the name of Raeesa Omar. Today been the 4th of January 2017 time around 9.30am I came into the store to purchase citro soda the 120g. Usually it is kept in the back of the store near the pharmacy. Today it was kept in the front of the store near the cashiers. I got a bit confuse for a moment wondering where are those 120g citro soda. I looked around the store and could not find someone to assist me where I was standing. Then I saw a female going pass where I was. I greeted her with great politeness and queried if the store has more of these 120g citro soda due to the fact that in the back of the store it was advertised on the shelf but there was no 120g citro soda. So this female when I had asked her what was her name she stated with the greatest mannerism and utmost respect towards me been the customer that her name was Raeesa. So Raeesa went towards the front of the store and brought me the citro soda which I wanted which was the 120g. I was so amazed inside of me. I would love to place on your HR report of record that based on customer service of level satisfaction from me to Raeesa she is an ASSET to the company and store. May she get a promotion higher up in life. I only spent about just about approximately five (5) minutes in your store just for that one item all THANKS to RAESSA. Normally I would wait for about more than 20 minutes in the store. WELL DONE RAEESA KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVELS at the store. Raeesa has great customer qualities within herself.
