Awaiting refund

<p>I made an online transaction on 28 May that came off my bank account (R236) but I never received an order confirmation email!</p> <p>The 29th May I logged in and amended my order and paid and that has been confirmed and the R181 came off my account. That order is all sorted.</p> <p>Can you please look into the matter and refund the R236 of the order that never happened. There is nothing in my order history. </p> <p>I have emailed your call centre numerous times and its not resolved. Reference number ********** 6 and ********** 6. Thks. </p>
