Awaiting online order for the last 20 days!!!!!

I ordered goods from Clicks Online on the 3rd July, but I still have to receive my order. When I call, I am told the driver is unable to find my address. The problem is this in not the 1st time I have ordered from them and received my stuff. I did not order these things for fun but because I need all these things. Some of these things I have to go and buy, whilst I have paid for this. I still have to be contacted by Kyle Hoffman from the Clicks Online regarding this matter. This is unacceptable.
