Awaiting 30 days for clicks to get back to me for a refund for an online purchase.

I have bought an item online from clicks using my card and it deducted twice from my account. I have logged a query to request they reverse the amount. They have said they will get back to me. I have not received any communication i ended up calling their call centre and was told they are on lunch they will get back to me. I ams still waiting.
