Avoid card swipes

I bought on EFT at clicks and swiped my card twice and it said not authorised, then I used a different card and it went through. When I later checked my balance it had debited twice. When I went to customer service to make a query they said they will forward my query to eft but they don’t know how long it will take before my issue will be resolved. So I sent an email to their customer service still no answer…avoid buying on card swipes at Sam Ntuli.
