Auto & General rip-off.

Car insurance premium more than doubled in 3 years whilst insured vehicle value depreciated 3 times with the usual 10% per year. Cancelled insurance and informed them as such. They simply took the ridiculous new premium from my bank account via debit order and it's now been 2 days they're ignoring my e-mails. Is it part of their business model to rip people off?
