Attitude and poor service

I was very disappointed at Clicks Pharmacy Vryheid. I’ve purchased gift for my grandma and requested Melusi Buthelezi to wrap it. He told me he can’t do it for me and he said it’s not a rule to wrap. I really disappointed the attitude/service of that cashier or Clicks is very poor
